Using what MAMCO has learned about a customer's mold specifications, the team then embarks on a tooling program where it identifies particular areas of a mold that will need more attention. Once these areas are singled out, the team can then devise special components for those areas that will simultaneously be constructed during the process. This tooling process creates more ease of replacement and maintenance of parts for the customer, as well as enables more consistent repeatability of parts.
